Pasta with pesto sauce


  • Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chicken breast: 4 pieces (sliced fillet)
  • Pasta: Half a packet
  • Basil: 3 bandages
  • Pine: Half a cup
  • Olive oil: cup
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
    How to prepare
    Put 4 cups of water in a deep saucepan and add a tablespoon of salt and oil and put on a strong heat to boil and then add the pasta and leave for 8 minutes to mature and then filter.
    Put the basil in a blender with the addition of pine nuts and two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and run on medium speed and then gradually add the oil in the form of a thread and continue to run to get a thick sauce.
    Place 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan, add chicken pieces, salt and pepper and stir over medium heat for 10 minutes to simmer.
    Add the sauce to the chicken and stir for 2 minutes then add the pasta and stir.
    Place the pasta in a serving dish and sprinkle the cheese and some pine nuts.
