Watercress salad with pomegranate and walnuts


  • Watercress: 2 bouquet
  • Pomegranate: 3 tablespoons
  • Onions: 2 tablets
  • Walnut: 3 tablespoons (broken)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 pill
    How to prepare
    Chop the watercress in half and place in a bowl.
    Then cut the onions into wings.
    Put the pomegranate, walnuts, salt, lemon and oil and stir well.
    Place in a serving bowl.
