- Watercress: 2 bouquet
- Pomegranate: 3 tablespoons
- Onions: 2 tablets
- Walnut: 3 tablespoons (broken)
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 pill
How to prepare
Chop the watercress in half and place in a bowl.
Then cut the onions into wings.
Put the pomegranate, walnuts, salt, lemon and oil and stir well.
Place in a serving bowl.
